Composting Materials Handling Operation and Facility Inspection Report (93) <br />Enforcement Agency: "' County of San Joaquin <br />THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF DIVISION 30 OF PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE (PRC) AND TITLE 14 AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS (CCR) <br />X'No 61k1ons or Areas of Concern ` ' <br />„� .. <br />Inspection Report cram ' -MS; <br />Routine monthly inspection done on this date and the following was noted: <br />No Violations or Areas of Concern. <br />Notes: <br />1.) Odors were light. <br />2.) Fly population was light. <br />3.) A light amount of track -out mud was observed on Frewert Rd. <br />4.) No litter was observed in field to the east. <br />5.) Screened product near the front office remains at the same height (approximately 20-25 feet). According to facility, no <br />more product has been added to this pile. Reminder that piles onsite cannot exceed 25 feet in height. <br />6.) Temperature range of the windrows was 140 F to 152 F. Temperature of the screened product was 140 F. <br />Temperature of overs was 100 F. Temperature of unscreened product was 140 F. Temperature of green waste was 122 <br />F. Temperature of ground green waste was 136 F. Temperature of screened product near front office was 140 F. <br />7.) Facility submitted compost sample for analysis on 6/24/16 (sample taken 6/22/16). <br />8.) In reviewing facility records, it was observed that there is an error in calculating how many cubic yards of compost <br />have been produced between samples. The number of cubic yards produced after taking a sample did not reset to 0 <br />after the previous sample. This has not resulted in any late samples.
