Facility must comply with it's Report of Composting Site Information, specifically the section titled "Truck <br />Tracking Control and Clean-up." <br />B. Rip rap rock is not effective in controlling track -out mud when it is buried. <br />C. Clean rip rap rock so that it effectively reduces the amount of track -out mud on Frewert Rd. <br />Inspection Report Comments: <br />Notes: <br />1.) Odors were light. <br />2.) Fly population was light and mainly concentrated to the unground green waste pile. <br />3.) No litter was observed in the field to the east. <br />4.) Facility had washed Frewert Rd. prior to the inspection. <br />5.) Height of screened product near the front office has been reduced. <br />6.) Temperature range of the windrows was 136 F to 150 F. Temperature range of the prescreened product was 118 F to <br />144 F. Temperature range of the screened product was 118 F to 128 F. Temperature of the ground green waste was 118 <br />F. Temperature of the overs was 140 F. Temperature of the wood waste (hogfuel) was 101 F. <br />7.) Compost analysis for compost submitted for testing on 6/22/2016 was available for review.
