Facility must comply with its Report of Composting Site Information (RCSI), specifically the section titled "Litter <br />Control." <br />B. All handling activities shall be conducted in a manner that minimizes vectors, litter, hazards, nuisances, and <br />noise impacts. <br />C. Clean litter that has drifted off site. Monitor adjacent field on a regular basis for litter. <br />Inspection Report Comments: <br />Notes: <br />1.) Odors were light. <br />2.) Facility personnel were washing Frewert Rd. during the inspection. <br />3.) Facility records were available for review. <br />4.) Temperature range of the windrows was 148F to 154F. Temperature of the 'overs" pile was 11 OF. Temperature <br />range of the prescreened product was 124F to 126F. Temperature range of the finished product was 131 F to 140F. <br />Temperature range of the green waste was 98F to 100F. <br />5.) Compost sample was submitted for analysis on 8/1/16. <br />6.) The northwestern section of the barn located on the east side of the facility near the entrance sustained minor <br />damage after being struck by a vehicle. This barn is not used as part of the composting process. Facility plans to repair <br />the damage. <br />7.) Fly population was light and mainly concentrated to the green waste pile. <br />8.)
