Previous area concern cited for litter drifting offsite has been corrected. <br />2.) Facility records were available for review. <br />3.) Temperature range of the windrows was 150F to 169F. temperature range of ground green waste was 11 OF to 120F. <br />Temperature range of screened product was 118F to 128F. Temperature range of overs was 98F to 101 F. Temperature <br />range of prescreened product was 130F to 138F. Temperature range of green waste was 11 OF to 120F. <br />4.) A minor amount of ponding was observed in the southwest corner of the facility. Facility will be grading this area. <br />5.) Fly population was light and mainly concentrated to the green waste pile. <br />6.) Facility has repaired the damaged barn. <br />7.) A light amount of track -out mud was observed on Frewert Rd. <br />8.) Rip rap rock was in place. <br />9.) Compost analysis for compost submitted for testing on 8/3/16 was available for review.
