An increase in track-out of dirt onto <br /> Frewert Rd. was observed. <br /> A. Facility must comply with its "Report of Composting Site Information," specifically the sections titled "Drainage <br /> and Water Quality"and 'Truck Tracking Control and Clean-up." <br /> B. All compostable material entering the site must be ground and incorporated into windrows with 72 hours of <br /> receipt. <br /> C. Continue processing accumulated green waste until all compostable materials entering the facility can be <br /> processed and incorporated into windrows within 72 hours of receipt. Correct grading on site so that excess <br /> water flows to the retention pond. Increase cleaning frequency of Frewert Rd until ponding on site has improved. <br /> Inspection Report Comments: <br /> Notes: <br /> 1.)An increase in track-out mud was observed on Frewert Rd. Rip rap rock was in place. <br /> 2.) Odors on site were light <br /> 3.) Fly population was light. <br /> 4.) Facility records were available for review. <br /> 5.)Temperature range of the windrows was 131 F to 138F. Temperature taken of prescreened pile was 138F. <br /> Temperature taken of overs pile was 111 F. Temperature range of green waste was 111 F to 131 F. Temperature range <br /> of ground waste was 119F to 139F. Temperature range of finished product was 100F to 102F. <br /> 6.) Compost sample was submitted on November 28, 2016. <br /> 7.) Compost results for sample submitted on October 6, 2016 are in compliance with state standards. <br /> 8.)
