No temperatures were taken between those dates. <br /> A. Per permit condition 16(m), all feedstock piles must be monitored for temperature prior to being incorporated <br /> into windrows. <br /> B. Ensure that the feedstock piles are continuously monitored for temperature. <br /> Area of Concern: <br /> Operator has not implemented preventative measures that would inhibit the track-out mud from getting onto <br /> Frewert Road. <br /> A. Operator must provide documentation showing that preventative measures will be implemented. <br /> B. A violation will be issued if documentation is not provided by the next monthly inspection. <br /> X 17867(a)(2)-Vectors/Odor/Litter/Hazard/Nuisance/Noise/Dust <br /> Comments: During the inspection, it was observed that the screener for the pre-screened product was near the <br /> east perimeter fence. During the screening, litter was observed flying over the fence and onto the property <br /> located adjacent east. This area of the neighboring property had a significant amount of litter due to the <br /> screener. No employees of the facility were picking up the litter on the neighboring property during the <br /> inspection. <br /> A. All handling activities shall be conducted in a manner that minimizes litter. <br /> B. Facility was instructed to relocate the screener away from the eastern perimeter fence and have the litter on <br /> the eastern adjacent property cleaned up. <br /> X 17867(a)(13)-Physical Contamination Prevented or Removed <br /> Comments: The ends with glass in windrows#33-36 were removed and put into a single pile. The operator is in <br /> the process of having the glass pile picked up and disposed of at Forward Landfill. <br /> A. The operator shall prevent or removed physical contaminants in compost that may cause injury to humans. <br /> B. Once the pile has been removed and disposed, maintain the documentation showing the disposal and have <br /> available during the next monthly inspection. <br />
