Previous violation regarding offsite litter has been corrected. Facility has removed the offsite litter on the <br /> eastern adjacent property. <br /> 2. The rip rap rock was fully installed. <br /> 3. Facility is awaiting the test results for the latest compost product sample submitted. <br /> 4. Odor and dust was light. The fly population increased since the previous inspection. Fly traps were <br /> implemented in the front of the facility but not in the rest of the areas where the increased fly population <br /> was observed. Facility was instructed to either implement fly traps in these areas or have the areas sprayed <br /> to reduce the fly population. <br /> 5. All records were available for review. <br /> 6. The temperature range of the greenwaste was 105 F to 110 F. The temperature range of the ground <br /> material and windrows was 82 F to 91 F and 108 F to 121 F respectively. The temperature of the overs <br /> and hogfuel was 102 F and 103 F respectively. The temperature range of the pre-screened product and the <br /> screened product was 101 F to 156 F and 103 F to 126 F respectively. <br />
