All handling activities shall be conducted in a manner that minimizes vectors, hazards, and nuisances. <br /> B. Ensure that the windrows are not overwatered in order to prevent ponding. <br /> Inspeat►annReport G0MMents �, 771 <br /> Routine monthly inspection done on this date and the following was noted: <br /> 1. Facility has continued to monitor the eastern adjacent property for offsite litter. <br /> 2. The analysis results for the metal concentration, fecal coliform density, and Salmonella density of the <br /> compost product was available for review. The compost product met the state standards. <br /> 3. All records were available for review. <br /> 4. Odor and dust was light. The fly population significantly decreased since the previous inspection (8/28/15). <br /> 5. The temperature range of the greenwaste and ground material was 82 F to 84 F and 119 F to 123 F <br /> respectively. The temperature range of the windrows and overs was 106 F to 110 F and 96 F to 104 F <br /> respectively. The temperature range of the pre-screened product and the screened product was 112 F to <br /> 128 F and 122 F to 142 F respectively. The temperature of the wood waste pile was 82 F. <br />
