All handling activities shall be conducted in a manner that minimizes vectors, hazards, and nuisances. <br /> B. Ensure that the windrows are not overwatered in order to prevent ponding. <br /> C. This is a repeat area of concern. <br /> Routine monthly inspection done on this date and the following was noted: <br /> 1. Facility has submitted another sample of compost product for testing. <br /> 2. All records were available for review. <br /> 3. Odor and fly population was light. Dust was minimal. <br /> 4. The temperature range of the greenwaste and overs was 90 F to 120 F and 82 F to 86 F respectively. The <br /> temperature range of the ground material and windrows was 96 F to 143 F and 135 F to 140 F respectively. <br /> The temperature range of the pre-screened product and the screened product was 106 F to 121 F and <br /> 120 F to 132 F respectively. <br />
