In addition, informing Underground Service Alert (USA) is a requirement three <br /> days prior to excavating. We request the contractor notify our office of the expected <br /> start and finish dates of the project. Application and payment for all permits is the <br /> responsibility of the septic system contractor. <br /> Limitations <br /> We performed our services in a manner consistent with the level of skill ordinarily <br /> exercised by members of the profession currently employing similar methods.
