The park
is located at 11225 East Highway 26 in Stockton, CA. The size of the park, as it exists now, is
about 2.5 +- acres.
This letter presents the results of our investigation and attached drawings which show design
details. The letter will discuss the data and assumptions used to size the septic system.
Scope of Work
The scope of work included a soil evaluation and engineering design to repair numerous
problems associated with the existing septic system. The scope of work consisted of completing
three (3) percolation tests, evaluating the current use from water meter readings, and proposing a
design to mitigate the failures with the existing system.
Neil O. Anderson & Associates, Inc. (NOA) was provided with aerial survey data from Del
Dorman, Land Surveyor, that resulted in an orthographic photo of the site (Sheet 1). The aerial
photography was flown on May 24, 2004. Mr. Del Dorman, also provided property line and
easement information. Mr. Mike Jacobson of Property Management Experts provided meter
reading information to our office for a three month period(March 6 to June 7, 2004) which is
attached to this letter.
This information, including permit history review and interviews with several long time park
residences, was incorporated into our plans and recommendations.
LODI ■ SACRAMENTO ■ MODESTO
ENVIRONMENTAL DIVISION 902 Industrial Way,Lodi,California 95240 ■209.367.3701 0 209.369.4228 ■www.noanderson.com
