September 3, 2004
NOA Project Number: E04025A
Page 7
With EHD's approval of the engineering plan, our office will be required to inspect the
construction of the septic system. This scope of work and cost estimate will be provided after
the final design details are accepted by the EHD and Orenco Systems (manufacture of the
pumping systems).
We recommend a limited monitoring program be established to verify the proper operation of the
septic system for at least the first year. The monitoring will include measuring the effluent level
in the seepage pits and measuring the total nitrogen in the tank battery as well as the seepage
pits.
Limitations
Our professional services were performed, our findings obtained, and our recommendations
proposed in accordance with generally accepted engineering principles and practices.
