Emailed the PDF to <br /> the owner. <br /> Turned in the complaint for review. <br /> 10/28/2020 Reviewed the complaint and looked the property up on Permits Plus. I did not see SUSZYCKI <br /> any recent permits taken out. <br /> Printed out a satellite image of the parcel from Parcel Viewer. <br /> 10/28/2020 Visited the property with Ciera for a complaint of an unsanitary bedroom. When I SUSZYCKI <br /> arrived I met with the owner that also lives in the house. He rents the room and <br /> had the Sheriff come to the property due to problems with the tenant a few weeks <br /> before. <br /> I observed the room to be very dirty and to have a foul odor emanating from it. <br /> There was an excessive amount of trash in the room. I was able to see a propane <br /> stove in the room that the owner says the tenant uses to cook. There were also a <br /> large amount of extension cords spread around. <br /> I explained to the owner that I did not think that the condition of the room <br /> warranted a Notice to Vacate but I posted it with a 30 day Notice to Abate.
