Purging: Is there a description X <br /> of the purging method,purge <br /> pump and its placement, and <br /> field parameters? <br /> Additional Comments and Recommendations: <br /> Methylene chloride and hexavalent chromium were reported in the laboratory blank sample as well as in <br /> some of the well samples. <br /> VOCs detected in MW-5 include Freons,trace of Benzene, chloroform, 1,1-DCA, cis-1,2-DCE, trans-1,2- <br /> DCE, 1,2-DCP, TCE, vinyl chloride, and PCE. PCE has an increasing trend and was measured at 5.39µg/1. <br /> Increasing trends for EC,TDS, Cl, and barium and decreasing pH also noted for MW-5. <br /> Trace amounts of VOCs detected in MW-4 and SB-1 include methylene chloride, acetone, and 2-Butanone <br /> (possible lab contaminants). <br /> Top of casing(TOC) at SB-1 monitoring well has been extended. Ensure that elevation of the TOC has been <br /> resurveyed. <br /> MW-5 recharges slowly(0.08 ft/min) and bails dry after 5 gallons.
