Due to an oversight,the disk was not <br /> included in this report, as noted in your letter of July 12,2006. <br /> I was not aware of the oversight until receiving your letter. The report was assembled by our consultant,and <br /> although the copy of the report we received contained the data disk,apparently the report you received did <br /> not. <br /> Had I known that the disk was not included, it would have been immediately delivered to your office. I have <br /> asked our consultant to ensure that the data disks are included in all future reports; however,if a data disk is <br /> inadvertently omitted again,please feel free to email or call,and allow us the opportunity to provide the disk, <br /> possibly avoiding the need to issue a violation. <br /> As with all groundwater reports,the monitoring data was presented in the text of the reports themselves,and <br /> the information was also submitted to Geotracker. <br /> If you have any questions,please call me at(209)468-8504. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> G <br /> W.
