COMPLAINANT ALLEGES <br /> THE FACILITY IS DIRTY. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. She stated that she buys meat every 3 days from Luis Market on Main <br /> Street, Stockton. Meat comes pre-diced.Tacos come with onions, cilantro, and salsa. <br /> Observations:All food temps are ok, doors into kitchen and dining area have screened doors. Did not see any flies. Food <br /> looks very fresh.
