COMPLAINANT ALLEGES <br /> THE FACILITY IS DIRTY. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> 2 door metal frio--with meats/vegetables--41.00°F 2 door atosta--misc items--41.00°F <br /> 2 door prep--with salsas/onion/cilantro--41.00°F asada--steam table--137.00°F <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to owner who was not aware of this complaint. She stated that she buys meat every 3 days from Luis Market on Main <br /> Street, Stockton. Meat comes pre-diced.Tacos come with onions, cilantro, and salsa. <br /> Observations:All food temps are ok, doors into kitchen and dining area have screened doors. Did not see any flies. Food <br /> looks very fresh.
