All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations(Title 22)section 65545. #5 Restrooms and Showers OBSERVATIONS:Provide soap , repair fans, and repair floors. Replace light bulb in ladies rest room. VIOLATION DESCRIPTION:Pool operator shall ensure the following facilities are maintained and kept clean:showers, toilets, dressing facilities,drinking fountains,diaper-changing stations, floors, walls,partitions, doors, and lockers. Showers(except outside)shall be provided with soap in dispensers. Toilet facilities shall be provided with toilet tissue, hand soap, and paper towels or hot air blowers in permanently installed dispensers. Pool operator shall provide a minimum of one waste receptacle in each toilet facility. Wooden slats, duckboards and footbaths are prohibited.(CCR 65535, 6555 1)Showers and lavatories shall be provided with hot and cold water faucets. Maximum water temperature at showers and lavatories shall not exceed 110*F.(CBC 31168) #12 pH Level OBSERVATIONS:pH shall be at 7.2-7.8 VIOLATION DESCRIPTION:Pool operator shall maintain pH between 7.2 and 7.8.(CCR 65530) #15 Operation Records OBSERVATIONS: Record pH and chlorine readings daily. VIOLATION DESCRIPTION:Pool operatorshall test the disinfectant residual,pH, and spa water temperature a minimum of once per day. Cyanuric acid concentration shall be tested once per month if cyanuric acid is used. Combined chlorine shall be tested as often as necessary to maintain the concentration below 0.4 ppm. Pool operator shall maintain written records of all maintenance and test results for at least two years and shall submit those records to the enforcement agency upon request.(CCR 65523) #22 Skimmer Assembly OBSERVATIONS: Provide weir for shallow end. VIOLATION DESCRIPTION:Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water. All parts of the skimmer shall be maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications.(CBC 3136B) #37 Electrical Hazards OBSERVATIONS: GFI gets stuck. Replace immediately.
