On the UST inspection report item#122 is a late RTC. Just an explanation-We received the inspection report on
6/17/2020 after requesting it and submitted the RTC on 7/07/2020 to Paul. Apparently, the initial report was sent to an
incorrect email address.
I have attached a copy of the 2018 overfill and will send out to the site to be submitted into the binder.
I will send the corrective actions and RTC as soon as possible in order to bring the site back to compliance.
Thank you,
Debbie Lawyer
Walton Engineering, Inc.
From: Presto, Carol [EHD] [mailto:cpresto@sigov.org]
Sent:Tuesday, April 13, 20211:52 PM
To: Martin Hilfinger<MHilfinger@cumberlandfarms.com>
Cc: Debra Lawyer<debra.l@waltonengineering.com>;Veronica Freitas<veronica.f@waltonengineering.com>;Jessica
Pfeifer<JPfeifer@cumberlandfarms.com>; dharminder94@gmail.com
Subject: RE: 3555 W Hammer Ln - UST& HMBP Inspection Reports
Good Afternoon Mr. Hilfinger,
Thank you.
