Telephone: (209)466-2751 <br /> Program Element: 1600- FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00053466 <br /> Responsible Party Contact: <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> BATHROOMS ARE FILTHY, FLOOR IS COVERED IN TOILET PAPER,AND THEY SMELL AWFUL. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> Hand washing sink--Restroom--100.00°F <br /> NOTES <br /> Complaint inspection. <br /> Visited the facility and spoke with the store director in regards to the complaint.The director stated no complaints have been <br /> made from what they are aware of, and the biggest issue in regards to the restroom are the homeless individuals that would <br /> go into the restroom. The restrooms are locked and a code is needed in order to open the door.The code is given to the <br /> customer by staff on site. Observed both the woman and men restrooms to be fully stocked, general debris on the ground and <br /> are fully functional. The restrooms are cleaned hourly, log is signed to confirm who cleans the restroom and at what time. <br /> The facility contains a restroom upstairs that is only used for staff.
