Addendum to the Closure/Post Closure Maintenance Plan has been received from county Solid Waste <br /> Division.The EHD will maintain the violation on the inspection report until all closure cap work is finished. <br /> Inspection Report Comments: <br /> Notes: <br /> A. Probes at monitoring wells#1A,4 and 6, measured less than 5% methane by volume of air(Previous Violation <br /> cleared). <br /> B. Flare was operating at time of inspection. <br /> C.Vegetation was at minimum at time of inspection. <br /> D. Previous AC's cleared. <br />
