Probes at monitoring wells#3, 5 and 6, measured less than 5% methane by volume of air. <br /> B. Flare was operating at time of inspection. <br /> C.Vegetation was at minimum at time of inspection. <br /> D. Small amount of litter observed near fence boundary on the northeast and southeast sides. Remove litter for proper <br /> disposal. <br />
