According to
the photos, we now understand that the black spot area of concern is located at the sout h,
western corner of the Landfi.11, directly uphill from the flare station. From past communications,
we had the impression that the black spots area was in shell oil's pipeline easement which
abuts the landfill's north eastern property boundary. Your photos clearly identifies that the
black spot is not located in shell oil's pipeline easement. The location verification relives
concern of potential pipeline damage. Shell Oil however did investigate their pipeline
easement area last week and didn't find any problems.
]OYESMCMAWDRA
SAN ]C}AQUINCOUNTY
PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT
SOLID WASTE DIVISION
PH: (2O9)458 -]O66
Fax: (209) 468-3078
From: AKonsoAnanmbu|a [EH] |maUto:aanymbu zon)
Sent: Monday, December 21, 2009 3:53 PM
To: JoveshChandra
Cc: Robert y4cC|e||on[EM]
Subject: Corral Hollow - Black spot Photos
Hey Joyesh,
These are the photos ofthe black spot | observed atCorral Hollow, let moknow if there haany other
information you would like.
Thanks,
Alfonso
209-468-9673
}/4/?0l0
