Therefore, demonstration of financial <br />assurance for closure is no longer needed. <br />Postclosure Maintenance <br />Financial assurance for postclosure maintenance is demostrated through San Joaquin <br />County's pledge of revenue resolution R-08-687. The resolution was passed by the County's <br />Board of Supervisors on December 9, 2008 and a copy of the resolution was provided to you <br />in the last submittal. <br />Corrective Action <br />Financial assurance for corrective action is demostrated through San Joaquin County's <br />pledge of revenue resolution R-08-686. A copy of the resolution was previously submitted. <br />Financial assurance demonstration for operating liability is not required at CHSL after closure <br />per Title 27, Section 22215. However, the County continues to demonstrate financial <br />assurance for operating liability at CHSL through a non -expiring certificate of Self Insurance <br />and Risk Management. This certification has been previously submitted. <br />
