R-08-686 <br /> 2. Disbursement of funds for corrective action shall be in accordance with a corrective action <br /> plan as approved by the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB). <br /> 3. If the CIWMB determines that The County of San Joaquin has failed, or is failing, to <br /> perform corrective action as required by law, then the CIWMB may direct the County of <br /> San Joaquin Auditor-Controller to pay to the Director of Public Works from the pledged <br /> revenues sufficient funds to ensure corrective action, who then shall be obligated to use <br /> such funds for corrective action in accordance with the directives of the CIWMB. <br /> 4.
