Cherokee Rd., Stockton) <br />ACTION: On June 8, 2021, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved Site <br />Approval No. PA -2000212 subject to the enclosed Conditions of Approval. <br />APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission by any interested party. Appeals <br />must be filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of $353.00. The 10 -day appeal <br />period ends at 4:30 p.m. on June 18, 2021. If this date falls on a weekend or holiday, the appeal period will <br />expire on the next regular business day at 4:30 p.m. <br />EXPIRATION: This action requires you to comply with all Conditions of Approval within the next 18 months (by <br />December 18, 2022).
