The <br />project will connect to PG&E's transmission grid at the existing Ceres substation located to the north <br />of the site via a new 12.47 kV generating interconnection transmission line (gen-tie) and will receive, <br />store, and discharge electricity to and from the grid. There is an existing trailer and equipment storage <br />yard that will remain on-site. The project will not utilize water services. Storm drainage will be retained <br />on-site. The property is not under a Williamson Act contract. <br />PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the south side of E. Cherokee Rd., 830 feet east of N. <br />Overhiser Rd., Stockton. (APN/Address: 087-054-09 / 5550 E. Cherokee Rd., Stockton) (Supervisorial <br />District: 4) <br />The following 2019 California Fire Code (CFC) requirements will be applicable to the <br />proposed project. The following conditions shall be addressed prior to submittal of a <br />building permit application to the Building Inspection Division. <br />1. If Fire Protection Systems are <br />required they shall be installed <br />according to the CFC, <br />Chapter 9 and the appropriate <br />standards and guides adopted <br />in Chapter 35 of the California <br />Building Code and the <br />California Electrical Code. <br />2. CFC, Section 503 Fire <br />Apparatus Access Roads - <br />Shall be provided as required <br />by this section. 503.1 02 - A <br />secondary access may be <br />required. <br />3. CFC, Section 906 Portable <br />Fire Extinguishers —Provide <br />portable fire extinguishers as <br />required by this section. <br />4. CFCSection 506 Key Box <br />, - <br />A Knox® Box shall be <br />installed according to the local <br />fire department's instructions. <br />Make application for the key <br />box at the fire district having <br />jurisdiction of this project. If <br />there is an electronically <br />controlled access gate at this <br />site a Knox® key switch will <br />also be required. <br />5.
