Mr. Shih, <br /> On behalf of our client, Mr. Anthony Barkett, AGI is requesting review of the attached site plan and <br /> scope of work for the required surface soil sampling for the property located at 3009 Pock Lane, <br /> Stockton, CA. The plan and sampling procedures described below are in accordance with the <br /> Department of Toxic Substances Control's (DTSC), Interim guidance for Sampling of Agricultural <br /> Properties (Third Revision), dated 07 August 2008. <br /> AGI is proposing to collect thirty-six (36) surface soil samples from the locations illustrated on the <br /> attached site plan. A total of nine (9) samples will be composited from the 36 sample locations (four <br /> per square grid) and will be submitted for analysis of OC pesticides in accordance with EPA method <br /> 8081 A.
