The <br /> attached report contains the results of our subsurface investigation, laboratory testing program, <br /> and engineering evaluation of the geotechnical and geological elements of the project site. <br /> Specifically, the report provides geotechnical engineering design parameters and construction <br /> recommendations for the design and development of the proposed project structures and site <br /> improvements. <br /> Based on CTE's subsurface investigations, site materials testing, and our geotechnical and <br /> engineering evaluation,the project is considered feasible from a geotechnical standpoint provided <br /> the recommendations contained in the attached report are incorporated into the project design and <br /> construction.
