RAMIREZ <br /> The vm is not set up. <br /> I looked up Envisions and called the facility number at 954-0729 and spoke to an <br /> employee that I have spoke to on a previous occasion regarding the same issue. <br /> Per the employee the manager is not available and he can call me back tonight. <br /> I let the employee know that I am not available after 5pm. <br /> I asked the employee if there is indoor dining and the employee responded "I'm <br /> not sure." <br /> I let the employee know that I have received multiple complaints and I can move <br /> forwarded to referring to the DA. <br /> I gave the employee my phone number and asked the employee to give my phone <br /> number to the manager. <br /> 01/14/2021 1 received 2 vm message from operator. RAMIREZ <br /> I called him back and discussed complaints that I have received about dining and <br /> outdoor dining. <br /> Per operator all for is to go and there is no outdoor or indoor service. <br /> Per owner, some customers do chose to dine in the outdoor pergolas that are <br /> outside that facility and have been placed there by the landlord and have been in <br /> place for 15 years <br /> 5105.rpt Page 1 of 1 <br />
