The <br />complaint was received by the local health department on November 27, <br />1990. DFG inspection conducted. There is a canal which receives all <br />drainage from parking lots and deposits to Duck Creek. Oil/grease <br />observed on walls of canal. Liquid was being pumped from a vault at <br />the head of canal onto an open field. Samples all show petroleum <br />hydrocarbons.
