The complaint was received by the local health department on November 27, 1990. DFG inspection conducted. There is a canal which receives all drainage from parking lots and deposits to Duck Creek. Oil/grease observed on walls of canal. Liquid was being pumped from a vault at the head of canal onto an open field. Samples all show petroleum hydrocarbons. DFG is the lead.
