AdvancedGeo <br />An Employee-Owned Company <br />VAPOR ENCROACHMENT SCREENING (ASTM E2600-15) <br />KASA PROPERTY <br />3009 POCK LANE, STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA <br />11 December 2020 <br />In accordance with ASTM Standard E2600-15 and the Buonicore Area of Concern <br />determination (2011)', AdvancedGeo, Inc. performed the initial Tier 1 Vapor <br />Encroachment Screening which includes determining the presence or likely presence of <br />volatile organic compounds (VOCs) vapors in the sub-surface of the subject property (SP) <br />caused by the release of vapors from contaminated soil or groundwater either on or near <br />the Target Property within an Area of Concern (AOC) to determine if a potential Vapor <br />Encroachment Condition (VEC) exists.
