Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Complaint inspection. <br /> Upon arrival, I spoke with the operator on site and associate who stated they recall the incident of the complaint.They stated <br /> that the customer ordered a chicken and bacon sandwich that was toasted with avocados.The customer had returned to the <br /> facility after two hours and stated that there was blood inside of their sandwich.The associate that prepared the sandwich was <br /> checked for any cuts or abrasions, in which none were observed.The operator stated that the customer was given a full <br /> refund but the customer was still aggressive and not satisfied with the refund.The operator stated that no changes have been <br /> made to the food distributor, all deli meat is precooked and is monitored while it is being stored inside of the preparation <br /> cooler.All staff are trained to attend to all cuts or abrasions that may occur while on the preparation line.While on site, <br /> observed the chicken used in the sandwich in question, is stored near the teriyaki chicken with saucethat is darker in color, <br /> but does not appear as red or resemble blood. <br /> Official inspection report emailed. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.If a reinspection is required,fees will be assessed at the current hourly rate. <br /> Received by: Name and Title: Puneet Dhillon, Operator <br /> EH Specialist: VICTOR ACEVEDO Phone: (209)616-3023 <br /> FA0022240 C00053427 SCO04 03/15/2021 <br /> EHD 16-23 Rev.01/07/2021 Page 1 of 1 Complaint Inspection Report <br /> 1868 E.
