One dual-completed or co-located B/C Zone wells should be sited to the north of the site,
approximately 250-feet north-northeast of well MW-13, along an approximate transect from the
onsite release point to the water supply well located north of the site known as "Well 10".
There is 1,2-DCA data located in Geotracker that is missing from the GHD historical analytical
data tables. The GHD tables should be updated to include missing data.
Offsite Water Wells
Additional work should be conducted to identify any other water supply wells in the immediate
vicinity and ensure residences located near the site are connected to a water service.
GHD will plan to complete a door-to-door survey to identify any other water supply wells in the
immediate vicinity.
GHD will contact California Water Service of Stockton to determine if all local residences are
currently connected to the municipal water supply.
CVRWQCB staff will review existing well logs.
A Zone Well Destruction
GHD will review historical data to determine if any further groundwater analytical data is needed to
define the extent of the release in A Zone wells.
If no further data is necessary, GHD will propose destruction of A Zone wells.
Work Plan Addendum
GHD will present the findings and propose work described above in an addendum report to the
November 30, 2020 Well Installation Work Plan by Arcadis.
11193145-Agency Meeting Notes.docx
