2,0901.1g/L, and 8,590 p.g/L, respectively. Further information is available in IT Corporation's
July 29, 1999, Underground Storage Tank Removal and Over-excavation Report.
October 2009 Pilot Sparge Test by Stantec Consulting Corporation
On October 6, 2009, Stantec injected approximately 26.8 pounds of oxygen into each remediation well
and recorded depth to water, induced vacuum, and vapor concentration measurements in other site wells
to determine an approximate radius of influence associated with the injections. The pilot sparge test
demonstrated strong lateral and vertical communication between the B and B Zones when injecting into
the B Zone. Further information of well installations and the pilot sparge test are available in Stantec's
November 10, 2009, Remedial Well Installation and Sparge Test Report.
March 2010 through June 2012 Oxygen Sparging Events by Stantec
From March 2010 through June 2012, Stantec conducted bi-weekly oxygen injection events in wells OS-
23 through OS-28. Approximately 13.4 pounds of oxygen was injected into each well and dissolved
oxygen, depth to water, induced pressure, and vapor concentration measurements were recorded. At the
completion of bi-weekly injection events, approximately 59 pounds of TPHg had been destroyed. Further
information of site activities is available in Stantec's Semi-annual Summary Reports.
GHD I Well Installation Work Plan Addendum 1 Attachment B111193145 (05)1 Page 6
