PMR <br /> bma <br /> samples will be collected using bailers or pumps and decanted into the appropriate containers <br /> supplied by the analytical laboratory. Samples will be labeled, stored on ice at or below 4 degrees <br /> Celsius, and transported under chain-of-custody to the laboratory. <br /> 5.12 Water Supply Well Survey <br /> GHD plans to conduct an additional water supply well survey in the immediate vicinity of the site to <br /> ensure residences located near the site are connected to a water service. The nearest known <br /> water supply well (Well 10) is located approximately 1,020 feet downgradient of the site. To verify <br /> that this is the nearest water supply well, GHD will contact California Water Service of Stockton to <br /> determine if all local residences are currently connected to the municipal water supply. <br /> Furthermore, GHD will conduct a door-to-door survey to identify any other water supply wells in the <br /> immediate vicinity of the site. <br /> 5.13 Schedule and Reporting <br /> GHD will implement the proposed amended work plan after receiving approval from the CVRWQCB, <br /> or within 60 days of work plan submittal. GHD will prepare and submit Department of Water <br /> Resources (DWR) Well Completion Reports (Form 188)to the DWR, and will submit a well <br /> installation report summarizing site assessment activities to the CVRWQCB within 90 days of <br /> completing the fieldwork.
