(AGI) via email dated 3 August 2020. The former Apache Plastics <br />property is located at 2050 East Fremont Street in Stockton (Site). <br />AGI requested permission to destroy wells IW-1, IW-2, and MW-23 to allow for <br />construction at the Site. <br />Central Valley Water Board staff approve your request to destroy wells IW-1, IW-2, and <br />MW-23. San Joaquin County Environmental Management Department (SJDEMD) <br />maintains jurisdictional authority for well destructions. You must comply with all local <br />and county requirements for all applicable permits and clearances required to properly <br />destroy these wells. <br />Please submit a well destruction report by 15 January 2020. <br />KARL E.
