GAITAN <br />Contacted Fabian Speed, site manager for waste management Lodi. Stated that <br />approximately 2 gallons of hydraulic oil were released from a damaged hydraulic <br />line from a garbage truck. Fabian stated that no soil or waterways were impacted. <br />Fabian stated that the truck driver placed absorbent on the asphalt and waited as <br />maintenance crew arrived on site. Total of approximately 20 gallons of solids <br />contaminated with hydraulic oil were generated from clean up. The generated <br />waste was taken to waste management Lodi located at 1333 E. Turner St., Lodi. <br />Discussed complaint with Elena Manzo 'Lead Senior REHSI based on discussion I <br />left to go observe finished clean up. Arrived and located spill location directly in <br />front of residence at 20100 Sierra Dr. Lockeford. I observed clean up to be <br />adequate, no notable odor or hydraulic oil was present. Updated Elena on clean <br />up. Arrived back to office. <br />01/27/2021 Updated ER record and prop 65. GAITAN <br />Sent updated prop 65 to Elena Mano 'Lead Senior REHSI. <br />01/27/2021 Generated photo log. Generated OIR and typed out narrative.
