[EHD] <emanzo@sigov.org> <br />Subject: 2250 Mistletoe Ave, Stockton <br />Hello Roy and Brian, <br />The EHD received a complaint regarding a white truck, possibly broken down, leaking oil into the gutter at 2250 <br />Mistletoe Ave in Stockton. I visited the site today and it appeared the white truck was not actively leaking, but there was <br />oil staining underneath the truck that led to water with a rainbow sheen in the gutter. No storm drains were observed in <br />the area. The registration tags on the truck are current: Nov 2021. Attached are photos of the truck and gutter for your <br />reference.
