THORNTON ROAD, THORNTON, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY (CASE # <br />390412) <br />On 24 December 2009, the public comments period ended for the proposed <br />Underground Storage Tanks (USTs) case closure for the former Donna Gardner <br />Property located at 26090 Thornton Road in Thornton (Site). No public comments <br />were received. <br />In order to move to the next phase in the USTs closure process, please provide a <br />well abandonment workplan (Workplan) by 30 January 2010 with a proposed <br />schedule for the permitting and fieldwork. After our review, the written approval to <br />the requested Workplan will be issued.
