RIGHT OF ENTRY <br />SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY (hereinafter called OWNER), hereby grants to <br />SMITH ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNOLOGIES CORPORATION (hereinafter called <br />SMITH ENVIRONMENTAL), its employees, agents, contractors and its <br />subcontractors, employees and agents, permission to enter upon <br />OWNER'S land (hereinafter called the PROPERTY), located in the <br />County of San Joaquin, State of California, said entry being for <br />the purpose of drilling test soil borings and associated work on <br />OWNER'S PROPERTY. The PROPERTY being described as Thornton <br />Municipal Well No. 2, located in the southeast corner of Thornton <br />Road and Stockton Street, Thornton, and more particularly shown <br />delineated in color on the map attached and made a part hereof. <br />Said permission shall continue in effect until completion of the <br />testing. <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />TERRENCE R.
