Please submit <br />drilling permit applications and fees, along with any <br />encroachment agreement that may be necessary. <br />Once permits have been obtained, please provide at least two <br />working days notification prior to implementing the work plan. <br />It is very important that PHS/EHD observe this confirmation <br />investigation.
