Soil borings should be proposed in order
to define the extent of soil contamination. In addition, the
possible migration of contamination toward the Thornton municipal
well #2, should be addressed.
We request that an addendum to the work plan and the permit
application for drilling the monitoring wells and soil borings be
submitted by October 15, 1990. A problem assessment report should
be submitted to this office by December 3, 1990.
Should you have any questions, please contact Eleanor Ratliff,
REHS, at (209) 468-3454.
Jogi Khanna, M.D., M.P.H.
Health Officer
Laurie A.
