Donna Gardner 4 29 September 2006
26056 Thornton Rd., Thorr,
the results to the lowest applicable Water Quality Objectives, which may be
downloaded from the website listed in the header of this letter.
By 31 October 2006, submit a workplan for an additional investigation to determine
whether pumping from Well #2 hydraulically influences shallow groundwater. I strongly
suggest that well data loggers be used in selected monitoring wells to record any
fluctuations in water levels over a period of time sufficient to show a response from
pumping of Well #2. A report of the investigation including all data and graphs, is due
3 January 2006, and shall provide conclusions and recommendations for additional
investigation or remediation, if warranted.
Submit all documents (workplans and reports) and data in electronic format to
Geotracker, as required by the State Water Resources Control Board.
This transfer of lead agency should not cause or result in any delay in the ongoing
investigation, monitoring or remediation of your release. If you have any questions, please call
me at (916) 464-4615.
ames L. L.
