Spoke to Ken (418-8020) an attorney representing Peter. He WONG <br /> stated Peter intend to use that well for his mining operation land use proposal. <br /> Ken will send an affidavit that the well is not abandoned. <br /> 02/24/2021 Waverly 8500. Reviewed status of complaint: Spoke to Paul who was WONG <br /> representing Mr. Garibaldi from 2018; he stated Peter had the electrical repaired <br /> and brought the well back into function for his cattles. Will send an inspector out <br /> to verify before closing (No pump permit, but none needed. No affidavit from Paul <br /> as requested back in 2018 either) <br /> 02/25/2021 Waverly 8500.
