N&N Series Sequence of Operation <br />C3 Controller — Neutral Reheat <br />Power turned ON (or after power failure) <br />• After a short initial delay for Controller self test and system diagnostic the blower starts and <br />operates continuously. <br />Dehumidification (Zero Reheat) Mode <br />• The return air Relative Humidity is above setpoint <br />• The space temperature is in dead band range. <br />• The compressor starts. <br />• The compressor hot gas flows in parallel to the reheat and air conditioning condenser coils. <br />• Unit is dehumidifying with a [supply air temperature = to the return air temperature <br />Dehumidification (Full Reheat) Mode <br />• The return air Relative Humidity is above setpoint <br />• The space is calling for heat. <br />• The compressor starts. <br />• 100% of the compressor hot gas condenses at the reheat coil. The supply air temperature is — 15 "F <br />warmer than the return air. <br />Air Conditioning Mode <br />• The return air temperature is above setpoint. <br />• The compressor starts if not already operating in dehumidification mode. <br />• The compressor hot gas condenses at the outdoor air-cooled condenser. <br />Space Heating Coil <br />• The return air temperature is below setpoint 2 or thele is no demand for compressor operation and <br />the space requires heat. <br />• The Controller sends a signal to the space heating coil.. <br />Compressor Start Sequence <br />• The compressor ASCT sequence completes. <br />• The Pump down solenoid opens and the system waits to establish 50 psi to close the refrigerant <br />low pressure safety switch. <br />• Once the low pressure switch has been closed for 10 seconds the compressor starts. <br />
