Based on a 26 September, 2001, conversation with <br /> Najee Zaris, of the Solid Waste Division, you never received the CERTIFIED MAIL transmitting the <br /> revised Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs) Order No. 5-01-176 and attached Standard Provisions. <br /> These WDRs required reports be submitted by certain dates which are now past due. Since the County <br /> participated in the Board meeting of 14 June 2001, you were aware of these requested documents. In <br /> this regard, we are requiring these documents be submitted in accordance with the following schedule: <br /> Task Compliance Date <br /> C. Detection Monitoring <br /> 1. Submit workplan to conduct adequate 15 November 2001 <br /> monitoring of the vadose zone and deeper <br /> groundwater under the southwestern half <br /> of the landfill(see Finding 19). <br /> D. Corrective Action Monitoring <br /> 1.
