AC T27CCR 20750 — Site Maintenance — Condensate Sump CS 14 appears to be malfunctioning. There was an area <br />flooded by condensate. Properly repair the pump to remove condensate. Check the remaining condensate sumps to <br />ensure that they are properly working. Repair immediately <br />2. Notes: <br />A. The facility is due for the five year permit review. The EHD has received the Solid Waste Facility Permit <br />application and supporting documents. The facility is currently working on a JTD amendment that includes an <br />amendment to the Closure Post Closure Plan for financial assurances. The EHD has begun the 5 year permit review, <br />but is waiting for the amendments to the JTD. <br />B. The active working face is located in the FU -05. The cover used was TASW, PGM, soil and tarps. The site was <br />using two working faces. One for MSW and the other for special waste (soil, bottom ash and treated wood). <br />C. The perimeter gas migration wells were monitored during the routine inspection. The results are as follows: <br />GP 9 (s) 0.0% CH4 GP 11 (s) 0.0% CH4 GP12 (s) 0.0% CH4 <br />(i) 0.0% CH4 (i) 0.4% CH4 (i) 0.0% CH4 <br />(d) 0.0% CH4 (d) 0.4% CH4 (d) 0.5% CH4 <br />D. The soil gas extraction wells were taken off line last month. The gas levels in the compliance points are in <br />compliance. <br />E.
