CalRecycle <br />Disposal Facility Inspection Report (52) <br />THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF THE DIVISION 30 OF THE PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE (PRC) AND TITLE 14 AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS (CCR) <br />1�o i/iolaflons or Areas of Conaern, <br />ir. !�- <br />X 20650 - Grading of Fill Surfaces <br />Comments: There were ponding near the tippers and several low spots near the active face. <br />-Regrade the surface to promote run-off and to prevent ponding. <br />X 20820 - Drainage and Erosion Control <br />Comments: There were several erosions throughout the facility. <br />-Repair all erosions. Provide adequate erosion contol. <br />Notes: <br />1. Tarps and soil were used for cover. <br />2. According to the operator, TASW went for disposal since 3/13/12. <br />3. Training record, daily tonnage, daily logs, daily cover certification, and load check record were up to date. <br />4. The concentration of explosive gas in GP -28, 12 and 11 were 0% by volume. <br />
