CalRecycle <br />Disposal Facility Inspection Report (52) <br />THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF THE DIVISION 30 OF THE PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE (PRC) AND TITLE 14 AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS (CCR) <br />Nr3'Vialations <br />ar Areas of Concern.°' # '' z ° t u <br />.` <br />.: <br />X <br />20510 - Disposal Site Records <br />Comments: -TASW was listed in the daily tonnage record as beneficial reuse, i.e. used as cover, for 4/18/12. <br />According to the daily cover log, soil and tarps were used as cover on 4/18/12 and 4/19/12. At time of <br />inspection, soil and tarps were used as cover. There was no TASW pile on site at time of inspection. <br />- The operator is to document the disposal record accurately. <br />X <br />20921 - Gas Monitoring and Control <br />Comments: Probe PG9-13, the middle probe, appeared to be plugged. The EA was unable to take reading using <br />Landtech 2000. <br />-Repair probe. Ensure that the probe is screened properly. <br />Notes: <br />1. All areas of concern listed in March inspection report have been corrected. <br />2. On 3/30/12, according to the Special Occurrence record, there was fire at the working face. According to the <br />operator, the load was already on fire when it arrived. EHD was not notified. In the future, the operator is to notify EHD <br />on all fire incidents. <br />3. The concentration of gas in GP8, GP9-A and C, and GP10 were 0% by volume. <br />4. Tonnage record, daily occurrence log, cover certification, load check and training records were up to date. <br />
