The violation noted on inspection report dated 5/18/12 had been corrected. <br />2. The perimeter road in the buffer area had been removed. The area that the road was constructed had been graded. <br />According to the operator, the work began on 6/11/12 and completed on 6/19/12. <br />3. The cover consists of soil, tarps and TASW. <br />4. There was gusty wind on 5/17/12. At time of inspection, there is no off-site litter, there is litter on the litter fence and <br />on-site vegetation. <br />5. At time of inspection, there is no cannery/agriculture waste handling on site. According to the operator, the facility has <br />not received any cannery/agriculture waste yet. <br />6. The concentration of explosive gas in GP -11, 12, and 28 is 0% by volume. <br />7. Tonnage record, daily occurrence, training record, load and site occurrence records, and cover certification are up to <br />date. <br />
